It is a short walk from the nearest ski lift, top class golf course, and the shops, bars and restaurants of Les Praz. The cross-country skiing, mountain biking and walking trails start right outside the door.

The chalet sleeps 16 in eight double or twin rooms. For an added touch of indulgence there is a six-seater Jacuzzi outside, enjoying 360 degree views of the Mont Blanc massif.

The skiing ranges from 3800 metres to 1000 metres, guaranteeing ski able snow from December to Easter.

Chamonix offers a varied and exciting night life, and numerous activities for any non-skiing members of your party.

The Italian resort of Courmayeur is a 15-minute drive through the Mont Blanc tunnel. Within one hour’s drive of the chalet are the world-renowned resorts of Verbier, Megeve, Avoriaz and Flaine.

Summers are hot and sunny, from May to October, with temperatures frequently topping 35 degrees centigrade, although slightly cooler at altitude.

Walking and biking, open-air swimming pools, lakeside beaches and thermal baths, golf and fishing, horse-riding and parapenting are just a few of the activities which are provided in this natural playground.

For sunny days out, the Italian lakes of Orta and Maggiore are just a three hour drive, as is the Italian Riviera and Milan. Lake Geneva is an hour away, with the towns of Montreux and Geneva equidistant. The medieval resort of Annecy, and its lake, is a delight not to be missed.
